Customers that do not have en open account with HPR are required to leave a security deposit as indicated on the rental agreement. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express for payment and security deposits. Please be aware that all funds will be charged fin the case of cards) er deposited (in the case of cash) and can only be refunded to the original renter on the contract. If you leave a cash deposit it will be refunded to you in the form of a check payable to the renter. Any additional weeks billing and/or loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card before the deposit is refunded.

HPR welcomes new accounts. Please complete the Credit Application and submit it to our office via fax 323-931-2145, email accounting or bring it by. Completed applications are processed within 5-10 business days, but let or know if you need it expedited sooner.
