Our HPR Rental Agreement Policy

HPR welcomes new accounts. Please complete the Credit Application and submit it to our office via fax 323-931-2145, email accounting@hpr.com, or in person. Completed applications are processed within 5-10 business days. Let us know if you need your application expedited sooner.

For customers wishing to open a net 30 account, a signed copy of our rental agreement is required. Feel free to download this document, sign, date and send it to us along with your completed HPR Credit Application. You can email it to accounting@hpr.com or fax it to 323-931-2145.

For your convenience, we are including a link to download a W-9 form. However, a W-9 is not required when opening a net 30 account.

Customers who do not have an open account with HPR are required to leave a security deposit as indicated on the Rental Agreement. We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for payment and security deposits. Please be aware that all funds will be charged (in case of cards) or deposited (in case of cash), and can only be refunded to the original renter on the contract. If you leave a cash deposit, it will be refunded to you in the form of a check payable to the renter. Any additional weeks billing and/or loss or damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the credit card before the deposit is refunded.
