You need to fill out our credit card form (click here) for deposit and provide payment upon pick up. If you’re using a debit card, we will charge the deposit to the card. We will refund the deposit within 24 hours of all items being returned. Every bank is different, so it can take up to one week for the deposit to show up.
We do not accept credit cards for orders under $25, or under $50 for American Express.
You can use someone else’s credit card, as long as they fill out and sign the Credit Card Authorization Form and write your name on the form as an authorized user. Our credit card form can be downloaded here.
All rentals are for 1 week (7 calendar days). Additional weeks are charged at 50% off the first week, unless a production rental rate is requested at time of rental. Production rental rates are explained below. We offer a discounted (50%) 2-day rental rate for all students with a valid student I.D. The student must be present with a valid I.D. at time of payment.
We also offer a discounted (50%) 3-day rental rate for all photographers, for any rental over 50.00, that have an active net 30 account or proof of business.
Production rental rates available, if requested at time of rental. Our production rental rates are as follows: A production rental is for any rental that will be 4 weeks or longer. With a production rental, the first week is full price, the second and third weeks are 50% off the first week, and the fourth week is free. This schedule repeats, with every fourth week free.

If you wish to rent real blank-firing pistols/rifles, multiple permits will be required, depending on the type of weapon. If you wish to rent metal or rubber replica pistols/rifles, you will not need a permit.
Each item is priced differently, depending on its value. You can rent a piece of flatware for 50¢ a week, or you can rent an antique silver roast beef serving cart for $1200.00 a week. Once you know what you would like to rent, a salesperson can tell you exactly what it will cost.
There is nothing you need to do. We have a record of the rental and the rental date, so we will charge accordingly if you keep items longer than the initial stated rental period. Please refer to our “Rates” page for our rental schedule.
Our “Rates” page, which explains the different rental periods, also explains charges for items kept beyond the due date. The breakdown is as follows:
For production rentals and 1-week rentals, any items not returned by the due date will be charged an additional week’s rental at 50% of the first week’s rental. For 3-day, 50% discounted rentals, items returned after the 3 days will be charged another 50%. Example: If your 3-day rental was $100.00, your discounted amount would have been $50.00. If you returned the rental late, you will be charged an additional $50.00, or half of the original 1st week’s rental. It will not be 50% of the discounted rate.
We do not take credit cards over the phone.
The card holder does not need to be present, but they will need to fill out the area on the form listing the person or persons authorized to use the credit card on their behalf.
You do not, but it is recommended that you send a copy of the rental paperwork with whomever is returning the items.
There are no discounts for early returns. This applies to production rentals, weekly rentals and 3-day discounted rentals.
We have a very small amount of furniture we use to display some of our props. These items are mainly for display, but can be rented if requested.
We do not carry any clothing or uniforms. We do carry accessories for certain uniforms or costumes, but not actual clothing.
No, you don’t. All returns are done in our Returns/Receiving Department, which is located in the back of the building, at the end of the parking lot.
You do not need a COI when leaving a credit card deposit. However, you will need one if you want to open a net 30 account.
